What will you do as a Culture and Community Engagement Manager? The Culture and Community Engagement Manager will oversee facility administration while leading initiatives that strengthen our presence and partnerships within our facility and the local community. This unique role ensures our physical spaces are welcoming, safe, and functional, while also serving as a hub for meaningful community engagement. Additionally, the Culture and Community Engagement Manager is expected to live and demonstrate the companys culture while being a servant leader within the company and the communities we serve.

Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with ability to plan and carry out job tasks independently. Must be able to exercise discretion and solid judgment and handle confidential information. Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt efficiently to change. Effectively interface with all levels of employees and management. Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image. Adaptability - Ability to adapt to change in the workplace. Requirements
Education and Experience : Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in building operations, community engagement, or program management. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical Demands : Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time. Work involves walking, talking and hearing using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminals.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Ear plugs, hairnet, and high vis clothing when in the manufacturing and warehouse spaces.
Work Environment : The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing equipment in operation. Typical hours of the position are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Overtime may be required on occasion. Some travel may be required.
