Position Summary :

We are seeking a part-time BCBA in-clinic to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, wants to be part of a close-knit team, and is passionate about delivering ethical, evidence-based behavior analysis services. We would provide between 18-22 hours per week from the hours of 11-6pm in-clinic setting.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency across environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports
