Mechanical Systems Company LLC is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor in Memphis, TN. We focus on working with commercial and industrial customers, providing quality workmanship and the absolute best value for the price.

We are currently looking for an Experienced Commercial Pipefitter / Welder to join our team! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a long-term career position with a company.

Position Summary : Layout, fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems. Provide high-pressure steam, process, and building services. Work with the materials and methods for welded, threaded, carbon steel, and stainless-steel systems. Perform calculations, measure, and fabricate rolling offsets and fish mouths. Install valves, hangers, and specialties.

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week; overtime may be required

Pay Scale : starting $30 per hour and up, depending on experience

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 6G certified in SMAW or TIG
  • 3+ years of journeyman-level experience
  • Proficient in the use of welding, cutting, and rigid power threading equipment
  • Able to read isometric drawings of piping systems and fabricate from these drawings
