Summary :
Our award-winning client is seeking an Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team! This role will Lead and implement a comprehensive EHS program at our CA manufacturing facility. Drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing risks.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs, including compliance, performance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local environmental regulations, corporate guidelines, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement preventive measures to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Investigate accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees on safety, environmental compliance, and emergency response procedures.
- Lead and mentor the EHS team, fostering a positive and proactive safety culture.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
