Technical Manager

The Role :

We are looking for our next Technical Manager, who will be responsible for the oversight of the maintenance and electrical teams, the storeroom, and small PxB / CAPEX projects to maintain proper HSE compliance, product functionality, and cost efficiencies while ensuring all departments communicate, coordinate, and operate cohesively to achieve plant objectives. This role requires advanced knowledge in HSE, project management, cost analysis, quality assurance, and strategic planning.

Compensation :

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $127,000 - $155,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do

• Develop strategic plans and best practices that meet all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements to ensure technical departments achieve plant objectives.
• Set a positive leadership example in all engagements with visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Coordinate activities and resources between technical departments and operations to meet production plans.
• Drive maintenance team planning to establish reliability and spare parts strategies.
• Support Lean Six Sigma efforts and promote continuous improvement.
• Oversee and coordinate small engineering projects from planning to completion, managing budgets and minimizing risks.
• Align technical departments with Operations during plant shutdowns to ensure successful plan execution.
• Lead root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues, implementing preventive strategies.
• Provide leadership to improve technical standards around equipment, piping, and programming.
• Ensure reliable utility services to the site.
• Develop succession and development plans for team members.
