Job Summary Provides training and educational programs for external customer groups and for internal staff continuing education. Provides guidance and support to employees and dependents by assessing their personal needs to facilitate problem resolution. Assists with Critical Incident Stress debriefings, health fairs, and orientations as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Provides coordination of Critical Stress Incident Management to meet customer needs.
• Provides on-site events for client companies by responding to their requests to deliver expected programs and presentations and creating opportunities to increase utilization.
• Provides guidance and support to employees and dependents by assessing their personal needs to facilitate problem resolution.

Specifications

Experience Description Minimum Required Preferred / Desired Master’s degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or addiction related field. Mental health education.
