Position Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeper to support our daily financial and administrative operations. This part-time role (starting at 25 hours per week) offers flexibility, a supportive team environment, and room for growth. You’ll play a key role in managing customer invoicing, financial tracking, and general office support—all while working closely with ownership and our accounting team . If you have experience in finance, are comfortable working with QuickBooks, and enjoy a collaborative work environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a part-time position with potential for additional hours (starting at 25 hours a week). Competitive pay based on experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of bookkeeping experience

1+ year of QuickBooks experience
