A company is looking for a Telecommunications Network Engineer to design, implement, and sustain network capabilities supporting DLA Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze telecommunications networks for voice, data, video, and wireless services
Develop installation and maintenance plans for telecommunications systems from inception to conclusion
Coordinate with information system professionals to ensure proper implementation of network services
Required Qualifications
Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance
CISCO Certified Network Associate certification required
Bachelor of Science degree in electrical, electronics, or systems engineering with one year of experience, or an associate degree with eight years of experience, including four years related to telecommunications systems
One Google Cloud Platform certification (Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Google Professional Cloud Architect)
Three years of hands-on experience supporting Department of Defense IT hosting solutions
