Technology Project Manager (CRM)

Typical Day in the Life

As a Project Manager in the Technology Consulting group, you will be responsible for managing the budget, timeline, scope, profitability, and client satisfaction of mid- to -large size technology engagements for our clients. This position will focus on our CRM implementations but is expected to spend up to 25% of their time leading projects in other departments across Technology Consulting.

• Proactively manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations, resetting expectations and communicating changes with clarity and confidence.
• Fostering healthy, collaborative relationships with our clients, as well as between internal teams
• Maximize project profitability while maintaining high standards of client service
• Keeping project documentation (project record details, project plan, RAID log, resource allocations) accurate and up to date
• Ensuring accurate resource time entries, invoicing clients, and managing accounts receivable
• Maintaining project velocity by ensuring resource allocation is sufficient, internal resources are delivering to expectation, and client is actively engaged
• Maintaining a personal billable utilization target of at least 75%

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range : $100,000 - $130,000
