Our Story

We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals. Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care.

POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees patient care activities as well as operational activities for assigned facility. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

PREFERRED EDUCATION : Bachelors Degree in Nursing

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 3 years nursing experience. Leadership and management abilities.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE : Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse

REQUIRED COURSES / COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR) : BLS-Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention within 1 year of date of hire or transfer date into position

PREFERRED COURSES / COMPLETIONS : ACLS
