Join the team at Holmberg Company , a trusted name in print production and specialty finishing. We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain our web equipment.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate web equipment according to job specifications.

Monitor production runs to maintain quality and minimize waste.

Perform in-process inspections and record results.

Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues.

Direct and assist an assigned machine assistant.

Complete end-of-shift documentation and light weekly maintenance.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED.

Experience operating production or web machinery (preferred). Other experience in adhesives, laminating, and die-cutting would also be transferrable skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
