job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReceive sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Manage outgoing shipments including documentation and courier arrangements. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Assist the wider US team with general administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling document preparation expense processing). Maintain office supplies and inventory. Support onboarding of new team members with workspace setup and access. Serve as the primary contact for managed office providers. Coordinate office maintenance repairs and facility requests. Ensure the office environment is safe organized and conducive to productivity. Previous experience in office administration sales operations or a similar support role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency with MS office software and order management systems. Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 100% employee premium covered. 50% dependent premiums covered. 100% employee premium covered. 50% dependent premiums are covered. $0 co-pay on annual wellness exam $20 co-pay for prescription glasses up to $150 allowance for frames; up to $60 co-pay on contacts up to $130 $20 co-pay on primary eye care 12 paid holidays a year 120 hours dropped in annually at fiscal year and may be used immediately. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in keeping our US team running smoothly. Youll support the Sales Operations Specialist with order input sample dispatch and managing mail and deliveries while also providing general admin support across the team. This role also covers facilities management including liaising with office providers when needed.
Sales Operations Support
- Accurately input customer orders into relevant systems.
- Coordinate and send out product samples to customers and prospects.
- Track and confirm order and sample shipments ensuring timely delivery.
