Office Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager with a minimum of 3 years in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing office setting. This role requires proficiency in processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and utilizing an ERP system. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, processing invoices and managing purchase orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing ERP systems for various administrative functions, maintaining a high standard of data entry and administrative assistance, handling payroll processing and managing invoices, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential skills include a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar, minimum 3 years of experience processing invoices and managing purchase orders, proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, experience working within a manufacturing office setting, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Additional skills and qualifications include 3-5 years of relevant experience in an office setting and proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
The position is set in an industrial manufacturing environment with flexible work hours, allowing a start time between 7 : 00 AM and 8 : 30 AM. Two weeks of hands-on training will be provided, after which the candidate is expected to perform the job efficiently.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA. The pay range for this position is $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
