Business Operations Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Business Operations Manager! In this role, you'll support our Senior Manager, Business Operations and leadership team with data analysis and operational projects. You'll help bring structure to complex business challenges, analyze data to identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role that offers exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates while building your skills in business strategy and operations.
What you'll do
- Support leadership and your manager with analysis and research on key business challenges
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and surface insights
- Contribute to planning processes and help prepare materials for leadership review
- Assist with cross-functional projects, working with teams across GTM, product, engineering and operations
- Analyze business problems and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Help optimize processes and drive operational improvements across departments
