About the Role

The Company is in search of an Interim Chief Accounting Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial functions during a period of transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive financial strategy to drive growth and market leadership. This includes managing the entire financial cycle, from planning and budgeting to forecasting, and will involve leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team. The role also requires the identification of new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships, as well as collaboration with executive leadership to ensure that financial goals align with the overall business objectives. The ideal Interim Chief Accounting Officer for the company will be a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive significant top-line growth through the development and execution of multi-year financial strategies. They should be a team builder, skilled in recruiting, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams, and have a results-oriented approach with a strong focus on exceeding financial targets. Extensive experience in the real estate, construction, or investment industries is essential, and a successful history of leading and scaling finance teams in related sectors such as private equity, M&A, or B2B services will also be highly valued.
