About the Role

We are looking for a part-time (4 days) or full-time Optical Assistant to join us in delivering outstanding patient care in our Richmond store.

So, what’s the job?

As an Optical Assistant at Ollie Quinn, you’ll be a key part of what makes our stores so special. You’ll help customers find their perfect frames, support with dispensing, adjust and fit glasses, manage appointments, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Think of yourself as a style guide, problem solver, and all-around great human in-store.

You’ll keep things shipshape on the shop floor, and be a part of the day-to-day magic that makes our community feel at home every time they walk through the door.
