What Youll Do

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the property to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior. Complete written reports and logs of observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and / or emergency personnel as needed. Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site leadership, adapting to the specific needs of a financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
