Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP / PA)

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Patients per day : 20-25

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Scope : Perform replacement physical examination, Return to Work clearances, Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays and lab results, perform initial and ongoing worker injury assessments, perform medical surveillance, exposure treatments and follow ups, perform health screenings and for cause substance testing and fit for duty examination

State Licensure : Must have active New Jersey License at time of name clear

Credentialing timeframe : 60 - 90 Days
