Job Summary :

This position is responsible for processing all in-state and out-of-state title and registration paperwork, submitting and reconciling manufacturer warranty claims, and assisting with accounting and administrative duties under the direction of the Controller.

Earnings Potential :

The wage range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process title and registration applications for new, pre-owned, and wholesale vehicles.
• Submit, track, and reconcile warranty claims with the manufacturer.
• Creating and maintaining accurate deal jackets.
• Stocking new and used vehicles into inventory.
• Remitting F&I products sold.
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Assisting with general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
