As a Float Pool RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care according to established standards. You will employ evidence-based practices, skilled communication, and clinical decision-making to lead efforts in creating a safe patient environment while delivering superior patient experiences.

In this role, you will use the nursing process to assess the patient's needs, plan and implement tailored interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness while engaging the patient and family in the care process.

Be prepared to respond to changing patient conditions, mobilize resources effectively, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care.

You will also implement safety strategies, accommodate patient learning needs, and actively coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) are required.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program is necessary.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : This role demands excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a strong capacity to work collaboratively in providing holistic patient care.
