Reservationist

We’re looking for a Part-Time Reservationist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a friendly phone presence, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll assist guests with reservations across all MML restaurants, ensuring each interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of our brand.

Schedule :

Evening / PM shifts only (up to 20 hours per week)

Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do :

Handle inbound calls, emails, and online reservation requests

Manage bookings, waitlists, and guest notes through the reservation system

Communicate with restaurant teams to coordinate seating and special requests

Provide guests with accurate information about restaurant hours, menus, and policies

Maintain a calm, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times

What We’re Looking For :

Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Familiarity with reservation systems (like Resy or OpenTable) a plus

Reliable, organized, and comfortable working evenings and weekends
