About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in our executive leadership team. The CMO will spearhead and drive the clinical development strategy for our innovative oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio, focusing on early-phase clinical trials. We seek a strategic and hands-on leader with a medical degree, ideally holding expertise in oncology, nuclear medicine, or radiology, and possessing 10-15 years of extensive experience in clinical development, particularly with early-phase oncology trials. The successful candidate will assume the role of senior medical voice, influencing strategic decisions and shaping portfolio direction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, oversee, and analyze early-phase clinical studies
• Provide medical oversight for clinical protocols and safety
• Lead the preparation and submission of essential regulatory documents
• Build and manage relationships with CROs, investigators, and trial sites
• Collaborate with global regulatory agencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and will establish credibility among scientific, regulatory, and investor audiences. You will foster a culture of agility, transparency, and scientific excellence within the medical function. Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or targeted therapies is highly sought after. As the CMO, you will serve as a visible and credible ambassador for our clinical and scientific vision.
