This position offers $25.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, with the ability to earn thousands in bonus potential, plus benefits.
Responsibilities
Polished, engaging, and energetic customer service in a high‑energy environment.
Previous or current multifamily property management experience.
Support daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income.
Collaborate with the Community Manager and maintenance team as the backbone of community operations.
Qualifications
Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
Knowledge of maintenance operations and landlord‑tenant law.
Understanding of fair employment and housing laws.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Yardi Voyager experience is a plus).
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
