Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Backend Architect to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based architectures microservices and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement scalable high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Lead architectural discussions design reviews and code reviews
  • Collaborate with frontend teams using ReactJS for seamless integration
  • Define and maintain coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team

Required Skills :

  • 12 years of total experience in software development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Java Architect role
  • Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices
  • Experience with RESTful APIs Cloud platforms and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
  • Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
