Expertise in Medicaid / Medicare reimbursement, managed care contracting, and value-based funding models is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker, an innovative operator, and a collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A CPA is mandatory, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The CFO will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team and promoting a culture of financial literacy, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
