About the role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketer to build and scale Decagon’s performance marketing engine. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our paid programs across channels like Google, , and other digital platforms—running campaigns end-to-end, optimizing for efficiency, and ensuring our pipeline continues to grow. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career (3–5 years of experience) who wants to go deep on performance marketing while also flexing into broader demand generation initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to test new ideas, uncover what works, and double down on channels that drive real revenue impact. We’re looking for someone ambitious, analytical, and high slope—eager to learn fast, take ownership, and grow with the company.
