This position involves developing and executing growth strategies, representing the organization at industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to support mutual goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while traveling extensively to meet clients and partners. Remote work is supported, with significant travel required within the assigned region.

Accountabilities :

• Develop and execute growth plans within a defined geographic region, targeting both new and existing distributors and design community partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with independent distributors, developers, architects, and engineers to drive sales of specified HVAC products.
• Represent the organization at industry functions to cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Deliver product and application training to support customer success and promote product adoption.
• Ensure high post-sales satisfaction and foster long-term relationships to maximize repeat business potential.
• Collaborate with internal departments and other sales team members to align strategies and support mutual growth.
