We are looking for Service Technicians to grow our newest location in Meridian, Idaho serving Southwest Idaho. Bill's Heating and A / C is a residential heating and cooling (HVAC) contractor in Eastern Washington and Idaho. • Bill's Technicians

We understand everyday is a challenge as an HVAC Service Technician. At Bill's, our team members are provided with essential tools needed to complete the job in the field, along with in house manager level technical support and continued training to meet all needs.

• The Job

Provide diagnostics, repairs and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers. Additionally, you'll provide warranty support for retro projects. All equipment repair, replacement and project estimates are provided directly by our service technicians "You" in the field through our real-time, zero pressure service / sales process. Important : Our service technicians are the salespeople at Bill's Heating. Bill's does not have any sales people ("comfort advisors") that follow the service technicians in the field or take scheduled appointments.

Job Type : Full-time

• Pay :

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

Entry Level Service Technicians have the potential of earning : $60K-$90K Annually

Lead Service Technicians have the potential of earning : $115K-$160K Annually

• Monday to Friday (Rotating Saturday / Sunday / Holidays)

• Driver's License
• EPA card
• Have / Obtain Idaho HVAC Apprentice card
• Knowledge of HVAC industry & equipment
• Ability to perform physical demands of HVAC Technician

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours : 30 – 50 per week
