job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGuaranteed base pay : $800 / week ($41,600 annually) Commission paid weekly Average total compensation : $60,000$85,000 / year No cold calling receive 1520 qualified inbound calls daily MondayThursday : 9 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM Friday : 9 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM ( half-day Fridays! ) Handle 1520 inbound calls / day from interested clients Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred) Strong communication and organization skills Licensed in health insurance ( preferred, not required ) Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven Weekly pay base + commission High-quality inbound leads Licensing Sponsorship Program available Supportive, growth-focused environment Opportunities for advancement
