Desirable candidates can teach these courses face-to-face, online, on-campus, and in local schools in areas of their expertise and are hired periodically for fall, spring, and / or summer term, contingent upon enrollments and need. Reappointment may depend upon performance and the availability of funding. • Earned masters degree in education or a related field
• P-12 teaching license and / or a minimum of 3 years professional work experience in P-12 teaching or administration.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Earned doctorate degree in education or a related field
• Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate students using face-to-face and distance technologies
• Evidence of successful collaboration with public school teachers and administrators
• Experience in course development
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and practice
• Evidence of or potential for scholarship and publication commensurate with a research university (high research activity)
