WELDING SUPERVISOR  NIGHT SHIFT

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Welding Shop Supervisor for a company based in Tampa, FL near Ybor City.In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a fast-growing manufacturer of screw presses.  Pay Rate

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.  Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 6 : 00pm to 4 : 00 am (Must be available to work Saturdays as needed) Welding Supervisor  Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of welders and welding technicians.
• Develop and implement welding procedures and standards to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices in the welding shop.
• Plan and schedule welding projects, including resource allocation and time management.
• Inspect and assess welds to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to welding staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Prepare reports on shop performance, production metrics, and project status.
