We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Technical Writer at ICON, you will play a key role in producing high-quality documentation that supports our clinical research operations and technology solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly materials that communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Will Be Doing :

Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, system manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaborating with developers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in all technical documentation.

Translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences, including end-users, clients, and internal teams.

Ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality in all written materials, adhering to ICON's style guidelines and documentation standards.

Providing leadership and mentorship to junior writers, supporting best practices in technical writing and promoting continuous improvement within the team.

Your Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience in technical writing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research sectors.

Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to convey them clearly and concisely to various audiences.

Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word, with experience in content management systems (CMS).

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
