The Quality Specialist will ensure compliance with current regulations, monitor and report on all activities, processes, and procedures, conduct internal audits and assist with implementing quality improvement plans.

Essential Duties :

• Ensure quality tasks and verify the proper application of customer, normative, regulatory and internal requirements (from the receipt until the delivery of parts to the customer).
• Ensure that the project meets quality expectations in relation to the budget, contract and KPIs.
• Assist in training QMS processes across the Group.
• Support the effective Quality interface with Operation.
• Participate in daily operational meetings (SR1) and manage Quality KPIs.
• Analyze non-conformities and coordinate / lead corrective actions to reduce non-conformities (8D management)
• Be present during customer spot assessment and if needed follow action plan in production.
• Conduct Internal Audits of the Quality Management System and prepare results for presentation to management.
• Write and update quality documents (Quality Assurance Plan, Control Plan, Work Instructions...)
• Support project teams to comply with customer, normative, internal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage calibration of measuring tools.
• Write Quality Flashes when issues occur.
• Assess the training of operators (new workers or renewal).
• Be part in the product / process risk analysis process, in order to identify key characteristics and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
