About the Role

We’re hiring a skilled Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our comprehensive rehabilitation and therapy team at a leading acute care hospital in Miami. This role focuses on treating upper extremity injuries in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll be working with a diverse patient population that spans all age groups, including complex trauma and surgical cases.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy interventions for patients with upper extremity conditions

Apply evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Supervise and delegate responsibilities to therapy assistants and support staff

Participate in performance improvement initiatives and infection control procedures

Provide age-specific care across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric)
