Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for luxury custom homes and renovations
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design intent to develop accurate takeoffs and proposals
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring scope alignment and accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers during the pre-construction phase
• Support value engineering and maintain historical cost data for future projects
• Track material costs, vendor pricing, and bid results to enhance estimating systems
