Accounts Payable Coordinator

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of invoice processing and vendor management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the broader accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor bills via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Pay Details : $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
