Strength and Conditioning Coach

Shrine Catholic High School seeks qualified candidates for the position of Part time Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Winter / Spring 2025- 2026 school year.

Salary commensurate with an Applicants Experience.

Qualifications / Requirements

Candidates with experience in Strength and Conditioning or Assisting (5 years) with a progression of increased responsibilities PREFERRED.

The Ideal Candidate Should :

• Possess a Bachelors Degree
• Have in-depth knowledge.
• Be experienced and proficient in teaching and developing skills and fundamentals.
• Possess strong communication leadership motivational and team-building skills across the breadth of the Shrine Community.
• Be a model of sportsmanship and ethical conduct in representing Shrine Catholic High School.
• Coordinate summer camps and off-season workouts. (Experience a Plus)
• Have strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Support the growth of the student athletes in virtue discipleship and living the faith.

The applicant should have all of the following requirements or be willing to complete them : Current CPR certification; and Protecting Gods Children certification.
