IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports a dynamic IT division focused on enhancing developer experiences and optimizing software delivery processes through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software performance metrics and developer tooling ecosystems.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst :
- Analyze and interpret software delivery performance metrics and developer experience tooling to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and leadership to communicate insights and recommend process enhancements.
- Conduct analysis on applications such as Mulesoft, Amplify, and Backstage to inform application improvements.
- Utilize telemetry and feedback to measure and improve developer productivity.
- Develop dashboards and reports that communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
