Data Entry and Filing Clerk - Remote

Our team of clinicians work with consumers to coordinate engagement in their care to ensure proper management of medical and psychosocial needs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry and Filing Clerk to join our Customer Support team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and organization of critical customer-related data and documentation to support smooth team operations. Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and operational data across various systems and databases.
• Organize, file, and store digital and physical documentation in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Verify data accuracy through regular quality checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure up-to-date documentation and records for efficient service delivery.
• Support team members by retrieving and providing requested information and documentation as needed.
• Assist in developing and improving data entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines while handling sensitive customer or operational data.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US))
