Compensation : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience, education, and certifications)

How You Will Contribute :

Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) interact with clients throughout the shift, assists and supports clients with functional needs. Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for managing the daily milieu of the facility, ensuring the safety of clients, and maintaining a therapeutic environment. BHTs are expected to familiarize themselves with the histories and needs of the clients and be capable of identifying cues and behaviors that may indicate a change in clients' status or condition. Position is responsible for documenting in the client records and communicating proactively with clinical team members and supervisor(s).

Relationships and Contacts :

Within the organization : Maintains frequent and close working relationships with program staff and facility team members throughout the organization.

Outside the organization : Initiates and maintains strong professional relationships with clients and families, clinical providers, referral partners and vendors, as needed.

Essential Responsibilities :

A valid Driver's license and a generally clean driving record are required. Employees may be required to drive personal or company vehicles. State licensing DHS and DSS prohibit individuals with specific criminal charges, such as pending Livescan fingerprint checks. Exemptions offered. The following screenings will be conducted after the conditional offer : Drug screening, Criminal history background check, Live scan fingerprint check, Motor vehicle report, TB Test, Pre - Hire Physical, Education and work history verification.

While at work, it is reasonably expected as part of the role that Clearview employees may take clients to doctor's appointments, to the airport, retrieve from the airport, and various outings. This transportation is done with the company's vehicles, never personal vehicles. For this reason and for safety protocols in the event of an emergency, all employees are required to be legally able to operate a motor vehicle as outlined by our Vehicle Policy.

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against companies of similar size within the behavioral healthcare industry. To be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
