Brand Marketing Analyst

Getting To Know The Opportunity :

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training.

Responsibilities :

• Manage Timelines for Asset Delivery : Assist in managing key deadlines for delivery of assets to media agency to ensure campaigns launch on time. This includes Content, Digital and Webinar deadlines.
• Partner with Design, Digital & Content Teams : Clearly articulate timelines and requirements based on media plan and campaign objectives.
• Support Creative Agency Process : Attend status meetings, provide updates to timelines and deliverables when needed.
• Manage WorkFront Requests for Advertising Assets : Coordinate with Design and Digital teams using WorkFront, Voyas online project management tool, to deliver advertising assets on time to publications (i.e. dedicated emails, images for promotion, Voya IM web updates).
• Lead Voya IM Compliance Approvals : Manage submission process of advertising assets via AdMaster system. Partner with AGI and ACP compliance teams to review / approve advertising assets when applicable.
• Act as Supporting Partner for Marketing Team : Assist in critical marketing team initiatives outside Brand / Advertising as opportunities arise.

Compensation Pay Disclosure :

Voya is committed to pay thats fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidates geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$70,000 USD with a target bonus incentive award
