Onsite Requirement : 3 days / week (may need 45 days / week during onboarding or busy periods)
Travel : Occasional U.S. travel for hearings (2 days2 weeks; advance notice provided)
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with strong litigation experience to support a legal adjudication team in Washington, DC. This is a highly organized, detail-driven role that manages the full lifecycle of complex cases, supports Hearing Officers, coordinates with external counsel and industry parties, and ensures accurate and compliant case records.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
Manage a docket of assigned cases and maintain accurate official case records and electronic docketsReceive, organize, and compile information needed for orders, decisions, and correspondenceMonitor case deadlines and assist Hearing Officers in managing active and pending mattersServe as a liaison between parties, counsel, and Hearing Officersproviding procedural guidanceReview pleadings for compliance; contact parties when submissions require correctionProofread and cite-check legal decisions, orders, and procedural documentsAttend pre-hearing conferences and hearings to support evidence management and case coordinationTrack exhibits, create appeal records, and support end-to-end workflow documentationSupport special projects and reporting for the legal operations team🎓 Qualifications
Bachelors degree + Paralegal CertificateOR a degree in Law or Legal Studies with strong litigation experience68+ years of paralegal experience , preferably in litigationStrong writing, research, proofreading, and cite-checking skillsExperience interacting with attorneys, parties, and internal stakeholdersFamiliarity with legal procedures, case management systems, and docketingExperience with litigation, regulatory matters, or administrative hearings is a plus🚫 Not a Fit For
