Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a robust B2B marketing strategy tailored to a technical audience with extended sales cycles.
- Design and oversee a scalable demand generation framework to create a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals and optimize marketing budgets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand buyers, competitors, and industry trends, applying insights to strengthen positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transform technical features into compelling value propositions and customer-centric messaging.
- Lead the creation of high-impact technical content such as white papers, case studies, webinars, and articles to position the company as a thought leader.
- Equip the sales team with exceptional collateral, presentations, and competitive intelligence to support complex deal negotiations.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, recruiting and mentoring talented professionals to meet business needs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring accountability and delivery of quality results.
- Partner with leadership to develop internal communication initiatives that engage employees and align them with organizational goals.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in leading marketing efforts for technical businesses.
- Strong strategic and executional skills, with the ability to operate as both a high-level strategist and hands-on contributor.
- Expertise in managing long sales cycles for high-value deals, ranging from six to seven figures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and impactful business language.
- Proficiency in building and managing demand generation engines with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders around a unified vision.
- Extensive experience in creating and overseeing technical content strategies that drive engagement and establish thought leadership.
- Track record of successfully managing internal teams and external resources to achieve marketing objectives.
