We are looking for a Family Practice Physician with experience in addiction medicine for a 3-month outpatient assignment. The physician will manage a caseload of 14 adult patients daily, addressing complex care needs related to chronic medical and behavioral health issues. Applicants must be board certified / eligible and possess relevant certifications including DEA and BLS, with a preferred work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

• Seeking an FP / IM with addiction experience provider
• Work Dates Needed : 3 Month Assignment w / possible extension.
• Preferred Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
• Worksite Setting : Outpatient - Adult
• Scope of Work : We re seeking an addiction provider who can see 14 patients per day with an 8am-5pm schedule. Need to have addiction experience It s important to understand complex care for patients with multiple chronic medical illnesses and behavioral health concerns.
• Req : BC / BE, DEA, BLS, Covid Vaccine
