St. Anthony Park Home is a small, welcoming nursing home and rehab center in Saint Paul. We take pride in providing good care in a supportive, team-based environment. Many of our staff have been with us for years, and we’re looking for more great people to join our family.

What You’ll Do

Pass meds and give treatments as ordered

Keep an eye on residents and let the RN or provider know if something changes

Help residents with daily needs and rehab goals

Work side by side with CNAs, nurses, and therapy staff

Talk with residents and families about care plans in a clear, kind way

Pitch in to make sure the floor runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Current LPN license in Minnesota

Experience in long-term care is helpful, but not required

Dependable, caring, and able to work well with others

Comfortable with meds, treatments, and basic documentation
