Seeking BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician.

About Us

It is a venture-backed telemedicine start-up based in New York City.

We are looking for a physician with a desire to treat patients utilizing the full spectrum of tools

now available through telehealth medicine.

Our mission is to transform men's health. We handle everything from diagnosis to the

convenient monthly delivery of medication, reducing every barrier preventing men from getting

treatment. We're starting by helping the 30 million men who suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Why are we starting with ED? There are the obvious reasons : itfs highly stigmatized, itfs

undertreated, and it lends itself well to telemedicine. Moreover, it's something men care enough

about to fix, which means we can introduce men to the healthcare system they too often avoid.

Second, it's often a canary in the coal mine, which means we can treat the symptom and work

with men to uncover the underlying cause.

Once men are with us, there is no limit to the care we can provide. Whether

hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, prostate cancer, or any of the lifestyle issues (male pattern hair

loss, obesity, etc.) that rob them of health or happiness, it is our intent to develop lower cost,

safe, and effective interventions that introduce them to all that can be done to improve their

health.

While we are a technology company at heart, we believe behind every great healthcare

experience is a caring provider. Technology may make it possible to diagnose disease and

prescribe medications, but it does not provide the care a patient needs. This is where you come

in!

Minimum Qualifications

Presently licensed in New York

Board-certified or board eligible if recently completed training. Internal Medicine or family

medicine required.

Must be eligible for licensure in all 50 states. We will assist in the licensure process for

all states in which you will practice.

You must have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. If youfre a

people person, this job is for you. Telemedicine is a tool to aid in communication and

contact with our patients, not a shield.

You should have strong academic skills and relish the idea that you will be an integral

part of a team looking to create the best standards of care using telehealth tools. The

development of data and the sheer number of patients treated in this specialty will make

our physicians some of the most experienced nationally. They must be prepared to be

national thought leaders who are capable of sharing within the medical community the

best approaches to solving the health problems of men.

You must be highly motivated and willing to work side by side with those who are giving

their all to creating the tools you will use to serve your patients. This includes working

weekends and evenings. Our team is dedicated to serving our patients and the physician

must be the prime example of the commitment we share.

You must possess that much sought balance of competence and compassion. Every

patient matters and should feel when connecting with you that they, and they alone, are

your primary concern. If they are not candidates for telemedicine, refer them; if we fail to

provide the best possible outcome; refer them. Truly, we know that if you put their

interests first, then ours will be served, as well. That is the essence of our philosophy.

You must be a person who plans to be a part of this team as it grows and serves the

evolving needs of your patients.

Day to Day

You will spend most of your time caring for patients.This will range from reviewing online visits

to counseling patients via video or on our messaging platform. You will also help develop new

product lines to serve your patients, publish papers in medical journals, write for the general

public, and be asked to give talks to share the company's unique insights as they develop. You must

be the type of person who embraces these challenges.

Compensation
