job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOperate digital production equipment at onsite customer print shop. Act as the primary point of contact to receive, review, and submit customer jobs to production printers. Operate production printing equipment and standard finishing machines (cutters, inserters, laminators, hole-punchers). Process basic forms, update job information on PC systems, and collect / submit meter readings. Troubleshoot issues to ensure timely production, delivery, and output quality. Perform quality checks before, during, and after each production run. Sort, scan, and convert hardcopy documents into digital formats as required. Estimate, schedule, and track incoming print jobs, ensuring optimal document design for quality output. Inspect files for issues (fonts, resolution, registration) and integrate variable data into templates. Operate high-volume folding and mailing equipment. Perform routine operator maintenance on all production equipment. Track, store, and back up customer files for future use.

Qualifications / Requirements :
- Knowledge of operating digital production printers in a print shop preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year) and experience working in a print shop
