Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Billing Clerk to join their team in Smyrna, Tennessee. This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for someone with a keen eye for accuracy and a strong background in billing or administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring billing transactions are completed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner while maintaining organized financial records and excellent communication with both customers and internal departments.

The Day-to-Day :

• Create and send invoices and customer statements with precision and timeliness.
• Monitor and update customer accounts, reconciling payments and keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices and shipping records.
• Address customer billing inquiries and resolve concerns or disputes efficiently.
• Maintain organized and thorough financial records, including billing transactions and account statements.
• Assist in compiling financial reports for internal business units.
• Follow up with customers on past-due accounts and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements.
