Job Title and Summary

Reeve & Associates is looking for a Senior Civil Designer interested in joining a fast-growing family-led engineering firm. The ideal candidate will be proactive detail-oriented able to anticipate design needs and resolve issues efficiently. This full-time position will work closely with the civil engineering team to prepare CAD drawings for drainage transportation traffic land and site development projects. This position requires the candidate to work in office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed civil design drawings including site layout grading drainage utilities roadway design and plan / profile sheets.
• Develop 3D surface models alignments corridors grading plans and earthwork calculations.
• Interpret engineering reports surveys field data and geotechnical information to inform design.
• Maintain drawing accuracy through version control redline updates quality checks and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine design concepts resolve issues and deliver coordinated plan sets.
• Prepare and update civil CAD standards templates and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal design codes and agency requirements.
• Support project scheduling workload planning and task tracking.
• Mentor and support junior designers and drafters.
