As an Allied Universal Security Professional specializing in access control at a healthcare location, you will monitor entrances, check credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and visible presence. What You'll Do

Monitor and control access to the healthcare location, verifying identification and authorization of individuals entering or exiting the premises.

Provide customer service by assisting visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information related to access protocols.

Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
